The inside of your computer may be dirty, something's getting caught in the fan, OR the CPU fan is about to go buns-up.
Try cleaning your computer with some canned air and make sure that nothing's interfering with the CPU fan. If that doesn't make the fan quieter, then look into replacing the fan.

Its going faster because CPU is getting hotter, either the fan is wearing out, sensor is going, or the air grills are blocked by dust

you either have dust in the fan or your fan is going out and you need to replace it. clean the fan of all dust first and see if it runs quieter. if not then have the fan replaced before it fries something that will cost you a lot more to fix!!!

vacuum fan
unplug it
wait 3 min
plug it back n
if noise continue replace

sounds like the bearings or whatever your fan spins on is wearing out.
