Sure you can! I live 1/2 way up the Eastern shore and we can see it here if we look towards the East a few minutes after a night launch!

Of course you will be able to I live on the other coast and I am going to be able to see it . I would love to go to the cape and see one up close . good luck and happy viewing .

probably as big as it is but i wouldnt take the chance of missing it get as close as you can to see it launch
