What would u suggest is a must see or do in this area?

you must visit the pier with the little shops on it and the boardwalk and that way you can really see the beautifull ocean . good luck and have a nice trip.

I stayed in Daytona Beach this past summer. You can drive your car onto the beach and swim - sunbathe, etc. I found an hours ride to St. Augustine was both a nice ride as well as a very interesting place. You can spend a few hours there. Enjoy!
