when i type in the song or artist it either doesnt have the right person or nothing there

Go to Music...type in the song title or the artist in the search box and click search
When the profiles come up...click on one of them.
When you get to their page...you will see a playlist.
Click on the song you want and click Add.

and for myspace-- if you go to the myspace main page and click the link MUSIC..then it takes you to a new page.. on the right type FRICKIN A in the SEARCH BOX and then it will take you to a new page. the band's profile is the second one down, click on it. in their music box on the right, you'll see Jesse's Girl..click ADD and it will add it to your profile.
