Should I get a 22r-te (I have a 22r) or a 318 or something like to in my 85 Celica GT-S.?

I mainly want it to be a rally car but I also need good all around capabilities. It will be used for other types of racing. Any recommendations for it will be appreciated.

Sorry I was in a rush. It's suposed to say "Should I get a 22r-te or a 318 or something like that to put in my 85 Celica GT-S. I currently have the non turbo 2.4l 22r. Also I was thinking of carburating it instead of using fuel injection.

Ahhh.
The last year of rear wheel drive Celicas.
I had two, and loved them.

Chevy 327 would be cool.
