Any of the Viburnum sp. would grow well in your climate.

Try Spirea (Spiraea species) which is quite a fast grower too in these zones. And it comes in different varieties, you have GoldFlame, Magic Carpet, etc. They changes color thru the seasons....There are a lot of resources on the internet about them....
