ladies i need your help!!!?

ok so i think im going to start my period soon but im going to trying on swimsuit and going swimming this week end. i been waiting to go swimming all this summer and i'll died if i dont go swimming.
any think that will stop it or make it go fast please help me !!!

Tampons.

Well you could just use a tampon while your're swimming..... unless you aren't comfortable with that other than that i dont have any advice
