i like to think i can. but it depends on the situation. when i was in my early 20s i would never walk away from anything, ever. but the older i got the wiser i became and i have learnt that walking away is better, especially in an argument and with relationships, those are the situations you could lose a bit dignity.

I usually wait too long thinking it will get better if I change my approach. Sometimes I walk away just in the nick of time though....

I prefer to walk away from a bad situation with my dignity intact.......worked for me so far!!!!

yes when i feel my heart starting to jump up try to walk away when i get the rush or adrenaline its either fight or flight for me
