Ya know, I don't think it's so much her as a person. I think it's more what she's come to represent - rich, overprivileged spoiled brats who think they own the world, and should get their way on everything. It could just as easily be Lindsey Lohan, or Britney Spears, or anybody else in that crowd. The fact that she's being treated like a 'real' person for the first time in her life - like the rest of us would, for the first time being held accountable by society for her actions, gives a lot of us, including me, some satisfaction that maybe there is some justice in the world after all.

First of all: You asked a question about P.H. so you, yourself, are talking about her.
Second: I don't hate her at all-Hate is a very big word that shouldn't be used in connection with her.
Third: I, personality, think her parents raised her right in regards to their world; ie: Wealth, etc. but when she became an adult she took it too many steps too far.
Forth: A lot of gals out there have tried to become P.H. clones and that is a real shame. Being yourself is much more important.
I have a feeling that those "clones" will be acting a bit different in the up coming days-who wants to be the target of all those comments.
Over the hill and always myself.

I dosn't hate her, I am not mad at her, Maybe her parents treated her right, with good education and a good moral, but if she decided to start living a diferent way, then is not her parents fault, they did all they could (not saying they did, because I don't really know) But I woun't blame them!
I would blame the person who is doing the things wrong, and she is all a grown up now so she can take responsibilitys wich is not dadys or momys fault, actions have some reactions.
Anyway, I won't blame her or blame her parents, for me is ok, as far as it dosn't affect negative me or my family or friends than she can do whatever she want lol
and you are right, if parents teach they kids bad stuff then those are the one who would really need to blame!
The Sims 2 rocks our World lol

I don't think everybody hates Paris H. It's just that she showed such arrogance after she was released early with the statement that "she had learned a great lesson." This time she hopefully will learn that she has to suffer the consequences of her actions and think twice before committing the same type of crime in the future. This time she will know that her money can't shield her from punishment. You go Judge!!!!

I don't think everyone hates her. It's just that her fans put her above the average human being when she's just a girl. Those fans really have no respect for themselves or other people and are just like Paris. They should be jailed too. But overall, you do the crime, you do the time.

Because she is just another story of how the rich and famous get away with things.
Jayson Williams; NBA; murdered his limo driver in his house; they had 8 witnesses, forensic evidence, but 3 women jurors couldn't convict,"such a sweet face", so he got off.
OJ simpson; nuff said.
Politicians- nuff said.
Do you think a young black man would have been allowed to go home because he was stressed and couldnt' eat or sleep?
Thats why. So stop worshipping celebrities and trying to be cool, and start seeing the reality of things.

why doesnt everyone stop talking about it? Because people like you post questions like this making people talk about it!
Her parents last time i checked dont drive drunk and smash up cars and possibly hurting innocent people.
You dont see drunk drivers who run kids down being defended by the public claiming its the parents fault.
The fact is she is an adult and should be held responsable for what she does she isnt a 15 year old kid who doesnt know any better she just acts like one.

she's old enough to know right from wrong.. Drunk driving their are ads all over about not to drink and drive.. She did what she did and thought she could get away with it.. CAuse her name is Hilton.. What makes her so great is it $$$$.. What if she hit and killed someone or what ever her money won't replace that life..We all have to learn one way or another and not every lesson in life is easy.. She has to be taught...

I don't think that people hate her. Its just that people are tired of rich people getting special priviledges when it comes to the law. At least the judge did the right think this time.
