Dallas is a nicely stuffy business town, until the last election overwhelmingly republican, built on banking, insurance and oil with a modern dose of electronics manufacturing. I would hardly consider it to be a creative center and the universities do not create a university style as for example in Austin. Most of the business people would be revolted at being called "biz owners", although the people in Ft. Worth probably would not mind. What kind of business? That would help.

Try Fort Worth. Dallas is horribly competative and cut throat. More laid back and friendly in Ft. Worth
