When I was that age, I would hang out with my boyfriend as late as my parents would let me. So they could just be hanging out. But if you think she is sexually active, I would say you have to talk to her. You can ask her to take pregnancy test and if she's not pregnant, it may be a good reminder of what could happen if she is having sex.

Why are you letting her stay out that late? She may be pregnant, but you allowed her the opportunity. First you need to set a curfew and if she doesn't come in on time, call the police. Each state has a curfew law and the police will pick them up. As for the possible pregnancy, I don't know?

why is she allowed to be out till 1,my daughter is 17 and she has a curfew of 1 on the weekend,it may sound strict but it stops alot of prob.stop worrying about her thinking you know, take her into emergency and get her checked,if she is pregnant then you can deal with that once you know,if she is not and there is something more serious going on,then would it not be better to know,i know its scary but it has to be done, good luck.

You need to check on her and see if she is feeling okay. Secretly schedule her a doctor's appointment and tell the doctor in private what you suspect. Hopefully she isn't. Call the boyfriend's parents and explain what you think is hppening and tell them if she's pregnant.

Try talking to her, remember it's your home and your rules and if you don't want her staying out that late try to enforce it giving her consequences for staying out that late. If she is pregnant you probably won't have to worry about him. He will disappear as soon as she finds out. If she's not, get her on birth control you can take her to your local planned parenthood or health clinic. If she's going to have sex make sure it's as safe as possible.

Offer to take her to the doctor for her pains because you've been feeling awful as well (yeah I know it's lying). When the doctor sees you, tell him/her about what's going on. If she's pregnant, hopefully the doctor will tell you in private.

What kind of parent are you to allow that to happen? You are contributing to the delinquecy of a minor. If he is 18 or over, he can be charged with statutory rape.

Yeah I would suggest talking, guessing will not give you a definitive answer and it's not healthy for either of you physically or mentally. I hope all goes well.
