I smile a lot actually, and I have started to notice somethings recently. It usually breaks people's bad moods most of the time...and yes, it is contagious. : ) <---smile

Yes. I was working and an older gentlemen came up to my counter and started singing "everybody loves somebody sometime". It brought the biggest smile to my face. I love Dean Martin and the whole Rat Pack.

Most always I am smiley anyway. But on those days I do not feel good, yes I still manage a smile. It really helps me to feel better if I "act" like I feel better.

Yes, I try to smile even when I don't feel like it by thinking
how I have a hubby, 3 pets and a roof over my head.
There are people who don't.

..even if i don't feel like smiling, there is always something that makes me smile...we just need eyes to see all the love signs that God puts out for us....hope you see some today.
