She's not upset about the skipping part as much as the us having sex part. Both my mom and his parents are very traditional. What can i do to prove to both my mom and his parents that I'm trustworthy?

I have always been, and still am, and "A" student. I have never done anything like this before with people finding out about it, so my reputation in good and clean!

Trust has to be earned. First, I would talk to your parents about what happened, and let them know that you are sorry - and willing to find a way to get back in their "good books".
They will appreciate the honesty, and they might have a few suggestions of their own.

By not seeing each other for a while and afterwards, only an hour or so a day or less and it has to be at either of your parents house with them home. Call her and tell her exactly where you are when you are out, have teachers sign a paper daily to show that you were at class and that your grades are good.
