I say -- file an appeal and writ of habeas corpus, and she's out by Tuesday pending a decision by the appeals court.

She violated a Judges order to not drive. For some reason Judges do not like it when you do not listen to them.

The Hilton lawyers were fired in favor of a DUI expert. He was the one who advised her to stop fighting and go to jail.

There's nothing to appeal here. She had already submitted and reported to serve her sentence and was let out due to a mistake by the sheriff (who might himself be cited for contempt of court) despite the fact that the judge specified at the sentencing hearing that she was NOT allowed to serve her sentence via house arrest.

Now, she's gone put her foot in it. After 3 weeks, she could have gotten out on good behavior. Now, the judge wants her to serve all 45 days.
