You can clean up everything in these areas but if you just want to clean your forms...

Internet Explorer
Tools > Internet Options
Content tab > AutoComplete
Here you can clear forms and passwords and choose what you want it to store.

Firefox
Tools > Options or Edit > Preferences
Click the Privacy icon tab.
In the section for History you can choose what to remember. You can click the Clear Now button to clean up. Choose Settings to select what you want to clear.

go to google.com and double click in the search box. all the search terms will show up in the list below> use your up/down keys and highlight any of those search terms and then press and hold delete button on your keyboard. That will delete everything from there. If you want to delete your complete internet history then follow the answer above

Just go to your internet options and delete everything that it lists... works for me. But it does depend on whether you have a toolbar above, if you do- there should be like a little button you press and all the stuff that you've typed before should be there and there should be 'clear history' right there.

On my Windows XP, I click on the blue drop down arrow at the end of the search box, at the bottom right there is a 'clear history' in blue, just click on that.

Clear your browsing history, cookies, search history, etc.

The option to do this should be in your history bar, or tools bar.

Are you talking about auto-complete? To turn that off, just go to internet options (in the "tools" menu) then go to the advanced tab and uncheck "Use inline autocomplete" under the browsing category...

It has a little clear history button that is hard to see. Get it to drop down and maybe you will find it.

um click many times on the search box and a small box will fall below it. click on each item and press the delete key. it will premanatley delete it :)
