I think she deserves the punishment... It's good that she gets to finally be treated like a regular person, not just a celebrity. Like, for instance, a regular celebrity would just get a mark on their record, but no jail time. If she was a normal person, she would live like 2 years in jail. It's not fair that she only gets 40 days in jail...

delighted although I do believe the Judge should have given her a extra year for escape from jail and fired the Sheriff who let her out but none the less I believe justice was served and I hope this Judge gets some kind of reward for not treating this girl like a celebrity with special privileges and realizing - none is above the law .

i figure she'll write a book (MY Life in Prison), Hollywood will make a movie, and she'll be even more rich and famous. Maybe Amnesty International will get involved.
