I like the fact that she was kicking and screaming for her mother. People have been sentenced to life with less drama. At 13, you are probably more mature than this sad, spoild 26 year old crybaby.

I can believe it. She's used to getting her way, & now she's found someone (the judge) who won't give in to her desires.
It's the last resort of any spoiled brat to throw a tantrum. Maybe she isn't throwing herself down on the floor kicking & screaming like a normal kiddy tantrum, but it's a tantrum nonetheless. She's an adult (well sort of) so she throws a tantrum in a more sofisticated, & civilized way, by just sobbing uncontrollably until the world buckles.
Will she get to serve her time (45 days) though? I'll believe it when I see it. Her lawyers have another 44 days to try to manipulate the system so Princess Paris gets to go home early. I don't think for even a minute that they are going to take this lying down. The strings are being pulled even as you read this submission.
LOL (at you Paris) .
Oh BTW I actually like Paris Hilton in a way. She certainly has her place in this world. But I don't like anybody getting special treatment, & Paris is no exception to that.

I'm glad she was sent back to jail!!! Medical problems, my foot! Lemme guess what her "medical problems" are~~a broken nail?? There was never a medical condition, just a spoiled rotten celebrity.
It's long overdue for celebrities to pay for their crimes like regular people. They've gotten away with it far too long, that's why Lindsay Lohen and Nicole Ritchie are the way they are, their attitude is,"Hey, I'm a celebrity, I'll get away with it".
I would love to shake the hand of the judge who has the good sense to make her own up to her bad behavior!!

Kayde..... I wonder how you would react if you were sent to a place full of criminals, and forced to spend 26 days alone in a cell about the size of a bathroom - 23 hours a day with nothing to do and nobody to talk to -- fed jail rations.
I remember getting in-school suspension once -- and that was mind-numbingly boring -- can you imagine what 3 straight weeks of solitary would be like?
I think it would have behooved her to have kept a stiff upper lip about it -- but she is a privileged, weak, spoiled person, which makes it that much more difficult for her.

Interesting that she wasen't crying and carring on when she was driving around drunk. I wonder if she would have had she killed somebody. Maybe her mommy would have convinced the judge that it was the peons fault for getting in the way of her rich spoiled daughter. What kind of parents raise kids like this? Or do they even bother raising the kids?
The other thing that always gets me is does anybody notice how ugly looking she really is? If she wasen't shaking her half bare butt all the time I doubt anyone would even notice.

I would like to see it.
I am glad that she is going back to jail. She should not get special treatment.

She got away with that act since she was one and I give the judge all the credit for not falling for that garbage. If that was you or I, we would be in the hole with three hot and a cot and counting the days while working in a prison shop. He should tack on additional days for not being in court on time and making a mockery of the judicial system.

If she was aiming for sympathy, it backfired on her, big time.Maybe for the first time in her life she realized money, mommy, daddy and the pet lawyers were not going to get her off the hook. She is now going to get her dose of reality for once. It will do her a world of good to spend some time with people who really have big problems. I guess a big problem to her is chipped nail polish. Hope it works for the best.

While I believe she deserves the jail time, maybe an even longer sentence, you have to agree that what the sheriff and judge did was a joke. She goes to jail, then gets sent home by the sheriff and then, for no reason other than the judge was angry with the sheriff, she ends up back in jail. I don't feel sorry for her, but the justice system needs to be examined as to why this type of thing happens.
