Sounds like a perfectly normal 14 year old. There are no long term side effects. You won't go blind, grow hair on your palms, or anything else.

Every day is normal, espcially at 14. Sometimes more than once a day. No long term effects. Enjoy.

The long term effects are tennis elbow, and chafing. Watch for these two consequences and you'll be fine.
Thinking back to when I was 14, I'd say you're perfectly normal, assuming you do this in private at home.

It sounds normal. The main long term effect is it can lead a person to have the inability to have a normal relationship with any significant other that may come into their lives when done in excess. We all have played with ourselves and most of us have graduated to the real thing. The problem can be that some people never really graduate and have life long affairs with their hands and do not afford themselves the means of forming meaningful relationships, usually get addicted to pornography and end up prefering to live in the dream world of sex as oppossed to enjoy the human touch part of it.

Still no long term side effects yet.
Maybe after 50 years they kick in.
