Most alcohol when put in food is cooked out and evaporated due to high temperatures. i think you should be fine.

Ethanol boils at 78 C, quite a bit lower than the boiling point of water. That's about 172 F. A temperature of 200F is used merely to keep food warm, and boiling water requires an even higher temperature (212F). So cooking food normally with alcohol will burn it all away in a matter of minutes. It is safe to assume that if the food tastes cooked, and you don't feel that immediate vodka-like "bite" to your food (and trust me, it will be VERY distinct in food that was not cooked long enough to remove all the alcohol), then you'll be just fine.

In cooking the temperature is usually high enough to remove the ethanol. However the real answer is governed by the amount of ethanol initially, how hot were the cooling temperatures, and how much you had.

It is likly you have no problem but this cannot be stated with absolute certainty.
