It would help to know what you're concerned about. Tissue tends to stick to semen, so a wet wash cloth works better. But it's common when masturbating over the toilet just to wipe off your penis with toilet paper. Sperm cells die off as soon as your semen dries out. Sperm cells that come out due to masturbating in the bathroom aren't going to go anywhere or linger around or get anyone pregnant, ever, so don't worry about it, OK?

Yes, you can wash or wipe off any sperm left on your penis afterwords. If you are worried about any of it being on there and getting anyone pregnant - sperm dies after 45 seconds of ejaculation and being exposed to air and you should not be having sex without a condom anyhow unless you are married and trying to conceive.

Sperm can only live in very warm climates (inside the body). Sperm dies very quickly outside the body. Not to worry, man.

Even if you wipe it off, any tiny bit remaining semen will develop some unpleasant smell in an hour or so. For Cry out loud, please do a good clean up after.

Yes, it leaves a sticky film. Soap and water also works fine.

Wear a condom, and don't worry about the rest. You can't wipe it away, you have to ask them, politely, to leave.

the answer to this is so obvious I am not sure I am grasping your meaning.....you should urinate after sex, you and your partner, it's the healthy thing to do, and one would hope you always WASH your privates as well.....
