my bluetooth mouse has stopped working - can it be easily fixed? maybe its the circuit inside or something...?

it's been working the last 2 days, it runs on rechargeable batteries which i recharged - i also tried new batteries - none work

when i turn it off and on the little laser comes on underneath but that's it - no movement... help!

Is Bluetooth pairing lost? You need it paired up first. Check that first.

whenever this problem occur try re-booting your computer and if it persists and you quite sure the batteries are ok then you have to purchase a new one
