Paris's name has given her the chance to avoid many consequences in life. I don't know much about her but it is obvious her social position gets her off the hook a lot. It comes with the territory there and I am sure she is scared as hell to go to jail. She has lived in the lap of luxury and to go from that to a small cell with only 1 hour a day for showering, phone calls, or anything else would be intimidating. But after all that is the point. A DUI should be taken very seriously and to get caught twice is a shame. She needs a wake up call and maybe 45 days will do it. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes but I can't pity her because she broke the law.

Evidently, she is a spoiled brat comming from a rich family whom is not ready to except real responsibility for her own actions..Another reason is this, jail is not a fun place nor is it a a place with a happy atmosphere and for some one whom is accustomed to being around normal peopel whom experience life above the norm, such an experience can be very devasting to them mentally and physically. I feel sorry for her, but I respect the judges decision and it is high time that some people learn how to behave and respect themselves and people whom they affect. She wants to be famous, then she must act accordingly and show some true resonsibility in life.

LMAO -- She is such a spoiled bratty winy crybaby. She needs to serve her 45 day sentence and shut up, If I were the judge I would cite her for contempt of court and tack a few more days on to her sentence. Do you think she will learn something out of all this? One can only hope, slim hope though it may be. We'll see what she's like when she gets out.

She's a typical whining trust fund conservative celebutant. She doesn't want to be responsible for anything but the next hit of coke she's going to take and how much publicity she gets for being a no talent. You know she, her mommy and her publicity agents are going to start saying that she is a victim in this. It has it written all over it. And then she'll get a book deal out of it with a tell all about her victimhood.

Actually it was only 21 she would serve, getting out by the end of June.

She is a rich little golden spoon cry-baby that could never make it in the real world!

Welcome to the real world Paris! You have a video running in there as well?

Shy was crying because she is a spoiled little rich kid who thought that she just got away with something. You know dam good and well, that had she not gone back to jail it would have been a party every night at her house. That is a slap in the face to everybody else not to mention the judicial system.

Hooray for the judge. Paris Hilton showed reckless disregard for the law. A harsh lesson is the only thing that will teach her that she is not above the law.

I swear she was being told she was going have to share a cell with Scott Peterson. She will never learn her lesson, she will aways be surrounded by those who tell her that she did nothing wrong and even if she did she should be given a pass because she is rich
