Sheesh, that happens so much around here that I just stay on the laptop until the power goes out, unplugged and using battery backup, of course. No biggy. I live in a huge house that was built way back in the 20's. Solid and sound. It has weathered a lot of these storms so I never worry.

Get off the computer and go to the basement or an interior closet now!!! A tornado warning means a tornado is visible by either a person or Dopplar Radar which means you should get somewhere safe!!
Go!!
Go now!!

Thunderstorms earlier, but not the rest of it. If I were you, I'd get off the computer and unplug it. I have had two t.v.s fried, and the power source of one computer go out when lightning struck too close to the house. Yes, I had the computer connected to a surge suppressor, but it was no match for lightning.

Not there now, but the sky was kinda purple earlier.
Hey, if it's thundering, lightning and there is a tornado, then why are you on the computer?

Not today, but we did have one last night (I live in Indiana). We were all expecting to have some major storm and it was really windy all day yesterday, but guess what..... there wasn't even a drop of rain! Go figure!

Well it can't seem to make up its mind. One minute it looks like a tornado is about to hit, and the next its sunny and bright.
