My Aunt Susie is adopting a little girl from China. She comes home in four weeks. Her new name will be Nichole. Her two older sisters, Hannah (Hanny Bananny) and Stephanie (Stephers) have nicknames but Nichole doesn't. I DO NOT want to call her Nicky, Nickalodean, or Nick. Any good nicknames?

i've heard it said that a well loved child has a lot of nicknames. i like Cole or Colie or somehting along those lines sice you don't like Nicky. but i think your best bet is to wait until you get to know her becasue nicknames just make themselves up! also even though you may not like the whole Nicky thing, you may end up getting stuck with it becasue other people my use it and you never know what will stick.

I think Nikki is a cute name for Nichole but you could try Nico, Coco, or Cole which sound cute but aren't outrageous nicknames :)

My daughters middlename is Nichole. We've called her Chole since her birth. Even at school (she'll be in the 6th grade next year) they've ALWAYS called her Chole.
