200 GB as in 2048 MB? Best case would be you burn that file over 23-9.1GB DVDs. Most ISPs only allow 5 GB of bandwidth per account, per month. Unless you are paying for a commerical account. Usually $39\mo for 20 GB.
Now if you are talking about 200 MB, that is doable. I would setup a VPN using free resources. Create a http://www.NO-IP.com account and use htt://www.RealVNC.com to make the connection between your computer and the remote computer. The remote computer will appear as a network drive. Drag&drop the file from your computer to the network drive (remote computer) and let it transfer.
If this is a one time deal you could get a 30 days trial account from http://www.GoToMyPC.com and be headache free.

I have to agree with the others here, 200GB is quite a bit of information to send. That would be too much for even an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site. Your best bet would be to copy that to another hard drive and send it via Fedex or UPS. I'm partial to Fedex because I work for them.

Obviously can't send it by email; that thing is going to wedge and burst the inbox of whomever at the receiving end. Whichever way you disect and dice that one file.

There were utilities for splitting and slicing then put back into one large file, don't know if such program still exist for current generation of computing, 200 GB is worth 50 DVDs or 5 Blu-Ray/HD-DVDs so I suggest mail out them.

Thats one huge video. Full DVD's are only 4GB. Are you sure you don't mean MB? There is no way to send 200GB other than mailing a 200+GB HD.

On large files like that it truly is faster to send by next day mail or even sometimes 2-3 day mail. Even companies with super fast connections use the mail to send large data faster. Plus you don't have to worry about the connection going out or ending up with corrupt data.
If you mean 200MB a good way to send it is through FTP.

Most email programs have a limit alot less than that to send. Your best bet is to put it on a disk and send it in the mail. You could try to compress it down, but I do not think it will compress to as small as you will need it to be. You could post it to the internet for viewing purposes.

Save it on disk and send it UPS. Most email systems don't support attachments that big.

Did you mean 200 MB?
Either send disk FED EX, or upload and let them get a copy.
