she is jail for driving with a suspended licence
if an average american did the same they wouldnt be in jail
and then she get 45 days
when some chick shot her husband when he was asleep and got 210 days
Thats so stupid and the judge was so out to get her!
he was like oh no special treatment but the he treated her special by putting her in jail when he wouldnt have put a normal person in jail

I personally think that if it was some middle class american they wouldnt have gone to jail for driving with a suspended licence, so I dont think she should have. I think that the judge is trying to use this to get his 15 minutes of fame. I gotta agree, I think shes getting a bad rap, I mean the sheriff let here out now she's being punished extra. I think 45 days for a suspended license is harsh...but such is the life of celebrity

read up on your laws, yes she should be in jail, she should do her time like everybody else. putting other peoples life's at risk because you are too self absorbed to not drink and drive you should be thrown under the jail
if you can't do the time don't do the crime

I totally agree. Usually people don't go to jail at all, or go for one night. I think the judge was on a power trip.
