Hey everyone. I have a thing when girls wear skirts with over knee socks or semi- thigh high socks. it's very unusual to see girls wear them in LA, is there anyone around here that likes them? anyone at all? please don't think of me as a perv since I think this is far from it. please leave any comments and thanks in advance!

I think that knee high socks look better with shorts. That's just me.

it depends on wat outfit u wear with it. i like it but i dont wear it.
