Umm...that is your choice...but if you want my honest opinion sex/making love is meant to be between 2 people. not 5.

Are you two happy together?? Do you know the other women?? Do you trust everyone who will be involved?? Do you *want* to do it??
If all the answers are yes, then by all means. If any answer is no, then I would say don't. If there was any hesitation with any of the answer, wait until that hesitation is gone.
This could be very exciting and, contrary to what most of the other people have said, if you have a stong relationship with your wife, it will be a great expierence and bring you two even closer together. If the women are hot and wiling to have you involved, it would indicate that they are bi and it seems, if you believe the stereotypes, your wife should be the one concerned about having you "stolen".

What sort of relationship do you have? That's the central question here. In most wedding vows there is that little line thrown in that so many people seem to ignore "and forsaking all others" ... what is it she is really looking for here and what is there that perhaps you can provide that isn't happening now? The two of you need a real sit-down, heart-to-heart talk. Fantasies are one thing, but once something like this happens a good chunk of the relationship cement has been battered away. Keep your fantasies and love play in your bedroom between the two of you, and forget about things like this.

If both of you are secure in your relationship, I'd say go for it.
You do need to talk about it though, to make sure you both will be ok with things.
With your concern about stealing your wife away, I'd say you both need to stay away from this activity for now until you can be more secure.
My long time girlfriend is talking to me about a threesome, but we both have the understanding our relationship comes first and it will never happen unless we both were totally secure with eachother. At present, we know it is not right for us.

So your wife wants to have sex with three of her girl friends and you. And you are asking what to say. Read this carefully, say YES! Set up the video cameras and tape it all, then if your wife does leave you at least you will have something to remember a night most men can not even dream about.

Dude - you only ask 2 different questions - over and over and over and over.
[1] Honda civic engine blocks.
[2] Lesbian 3-somes & 5-somes.
Hmmmm. I wonder what your 2 hobbies are - polishing the chrome on your car and polishing something else, no doubt.

Think about it, if they are her "closest friends" she knew them before she married you, right? If she wanted to be a lesbian she wouldn't have gotten married. I like being with women sometimes too, but it in no way replaces what I have with my husband. Stop worrying but if you are uncomfortable with it, then tell her no.
