You sure come across as a deranged addict. You can't even spell decrease - a word most fifth graders can spell with ease.
The question is foolish from a technical basis as well as from a general basis. You do not need any more THC. You need to get off the illegal stuff and clean up yourself.

I don't know...but use ice cold water and your tobacco won't seem as harsh. Oops, wait a minute, you aren't talking about tobacco. Never heard that one. Trust me, you're probably getting your fair share of THC.
