hate there boyfriend/husband so much whenever they were on there period they it jepordizes the relationship every month? if so how do i stop it! and once im off my period i am perfectly fine and the same loving caring person i usually am towards him.

Yes i became a very irritable person and constantly snapped at my bf to where we were always fighting so i finally told him what was going on and that maybe for that time if we could just kind of not cross each others paths during that time and if i happen to become mean to not take it to heart that i dont mean it....being pregnant now makes it so much worse......good luck

Girl I am with you on this...every month I am as mean to my husband as possible and feel like I don't have control of it. He tries to understand but only to a point. You can actually go to your doctor and they can prescribe you something for this. I have my appt next week so I will let you know how it goes.

Unfortunatly some women feel as if one week a month they get a free pass to be as nasty as they can be to their guy and simply say "PMS" like that makes them being a tool OK. Guys should be able to act the same way the FOLLOWING week with no reprocusions just to show them what its like, a dose of their own medicine so to speak. Atfer all, women do ask for equality.

it your behavioral changes are that bad, you can't blame it all on hormones, you may want to consider counselling, obviously you have issues that you suppress that come out when your hormonal balance changes.
