I really think we all need to get over Paris Hilton. Why are we wasting our time and a small bit of our lives talking about Paris? She didn't kill anyone. It could of happened but it didn't. Nothing bad happened that really has anything to do with us. So lets all meet reality check and MOVE ON! If you like her fine. If you don't fine. If you don't like her so much why are you wasting your time on her, saying you don't like her. And even if you like her she's never going to read this she won't know! So lets all just ignore Paris, and stop asking questions regarding her.

I have a favorable opinion of todays proceedings. The only question I have is, was she sent back to jail for her crime or was she sent back because of a pissing match between the Sheriff and the Judge?
Either way Paris is back were she belongs, but how does the Justice System stop this circus from happening again. I honestly think the Sheriff should be cited for contempt.

I think she deserves to be in jail although serving her sentence under house arrest really wouldnt have mattered. A lot of celebrities get fancy things when they are in jail. I just think that she should stop crying about being in jail. If she stuck it out for her friends, family, and her fans I think more people would be able to look up to her because she made a mistake and payed for it. Crying about it just shows everyone how weak she really is and gives the reporters more to gossip about. A DUI is a rather common sentence, but forty five days won't kill anyone, Drunk driving will.
If she gets out of jail because of her money, or her rich family, all she will be is another hollywood mess up[whats new]? It happens & this news no longer intrests me because celebritys always get passed the law.

Paris Hilton is a spoiled, rich brat that thinks she is above the law. Her butt belongs in jail. She should have to live in a hot place with no air conditioning for a year. She should have to cook her own food. People like her make me sick.

I personally believe that the next 45 days might even give here a better perspective on life. Maybe she will finally realize she ISN'T above teh law. Letting her out after 3 days did little to convince her that she wasn't "special". Maybe missing the party she had planned at her house tonight will make her think twice before breaking the next "stupid" law that just us "commoners" must obey. Then again maybe she will just leave the country and find a country that appreciates her. We can only hope so.

Well, I really don't give a **** about a dumb *** heiress who barely graduated high school, but I will give my opinion. I think the government is scared to offend a "celebrity," but at the same time, I think they know the ppl will be extremely pissed if she isn't treated the same as any one of us would if we were caught driving under the influence. I mean, do you really think if I was going to jail for a DUI, it'd be under the "headline news" on ABC? I think not.

It is a correct verdict!
But, with her upbringing, and money, they will fight it as far as they can.
If her money gets her off, and if she does not learn a lesson from this, then she will eventually end up dead, and maybe take some innocent people with her.

I think she deserves what she gets.
1) She's a role model, and god knows she isn't a good one but when you do something like that other people are going to think it's okay.
2)She's rich, she gets out of everything. Especially like when she had that sex tape out and trashed all the stores; I know she was supposed to be saving the children's virgin eyes from seeing her naked; but we all know you could type her name up and find her there.
