What about Ludacris' Runaway Love? The song is about the girls lives, but verse 3 is about a girl who gets pregnant.

Verse 3:
Little erica is eleven years old
Shes steady tryin to figure why the world is so cold
So she pops x to get rid of all the pain
Cause shes havin sex with a boy whos sixteen
Emotions run deep and she thinks shes in love
So theres no protection hes usin no glove
Never thinkin bout the consequences of her actions
Livin for today and not tomorrows satisfaction
The days go by and her belly gets big
The father bails out he aint ready for a kid
Knowin her mama will blow it all outta proportion
Plus she lives poor so no money for abortion
Erica is stuck up in the world on her own
Forced to think that hell is a place called home
Nothin else to do but get her clothes and pack
She say shes about to run away and never come back.

So sad, huh?

Easy Loving You by Chalee Tennison is a fantastic song. Here are the lyrics

The best thing that I ever did,
At the time was my worst mistake.
Seventeen, an' just a kid,
I was seventeen when I threw my childhood away.
Over a hazel-eyed quarterback.

Senior year and eight months pregnant,
I'd never felt so fat.
Wishin' I could go to Prom but they,
Don't make dresses for girls like that.
Girls like that.

I shoulda been cheerin' for the home team,
Top of my lungs sayin': "Go, Big Blue!"
I shoulda been marchin' with the band,
'Stead of cryin' in a delivery room.
Those things were all worth goin' through,
But lookin' back, it was hard lovin' me,
But it's easy lovin' you.

School all day and worked all night.
Granny watched you play and sang lullaby's,
An' I got home just in time,
To watch my baby fall asleep.
Watch my angel fall asleep.

Now I'm the youngest mom at PTO;
You always keep me on the go,
Between basketball and ballet class,
An' I can't believe you're growin up so fast:
Yeah, we're growin' up so fast.

We're finally cheerin' for the home team.
Top of our lungs sayin': "Go, Big Blue!"
It's funny how your life can turn out,
How time can make those mountains move.
An' everything is worth goin' through;
It's not so hard lovin' me,
'Cause it's easy lovin' you.

Yeah it's easy lovin' you.
It's easy lovin' you.
It's easy lovin' you. (It's easy lovin' you

Madonna-Papa Dont Preach
2pac-Brenda's Got A Baby
Ludacris-Runaway Love

there is another song that Nick Cannon did. It was about his mother having him at a young age. I do not remember the name, but I know in the video there is the young lady at the clinic.
