Her sentence was for 45 days, she got "time off" in advance for good behavior, which gave her a total of 23 days to serve. I think she got her full 45 days back because this whole medical excuse crap is a ploy to get her pathetic pampered rear out early so she can serve her time on house arrest - in her MANSION!! Boohoo! She makes me somewhat sick, and personally I think she should have been thrown in jail along time ago for polluting our television airwaves!

Heck no. Paris was cited for DUI then driving on a suspended license. Any judge would have sent someone to jail with these charges. Bacca is not a judge and cannot arbitrarily change a court ruling just because he thinks the ruling was unjust. Also any medical conditions that she may have can be treated just as easily in the jail clinic.

The true reason won't be known to us anyway. But I suspect her parents lawyers had something to do with it. For example, a visit by one lawyer with an envelope or a promise for new police equipment may convinced the Sheriff that releasing Paris is a good deal for him.

wasn't she supposed to do the 45 days in the first place? they reduced it to 23 because of overcrowding. i though it was BS that she wasn't going to do the full sentence before all this mess started. i hope she gets crabs in jail.
