Allright everyone, seriously I am not a Paris fan at all, however, she does not deserve the treatment she is getting. I am a daughter of a defense attorney, and growing up I have had a few friends caught driving drunk. NONE served jail time other than that night, and yes, 2 did get caught driving again with the suspended license, just as Paris, and still did not serve jail time. So come on, she is a frek and famous for nothing, but she does not need to be in jail because the judge is on a power trip. If this was someone close to you, you would be fighting for that person to be set free. Stop hating just to hate.............

Yes I have lost my best friend 2 years ago to a drunk driving accident in AZ. Different case than, she did not kill anyone, she is in trouble for driving with a suspended license, that is the only charge. do youwant to spend 45 days in jail for that charge?

i'm not a paris fan either but everyones so obsessed with it, kind of like how martha stewart got an unfair sentence just because she was famous.

I am not a fan either and could really care less about her, but I think that anyone put on probation that violates it should serve the rest of their sentence.

The woman drove DRUNK ..not ONCE but TWICE and then broke probation. She believes that she is above the law because of her celebrity status. I have no sympathy. HOW would you feel if she killed one of your loved ones while she was driving drunk? Would you feel the same way?
