Once again I have to say my kids ... seeing my 1 year old starting to stand up and try talking makes me smile harder than anything else.
Before I had my kids - I would have to say being able to travel. I loved it. I used to jump on a plane - turn up in another country - find somewhere to stay - have a good time!
It's funny, but, you change the way you look at your life from one decade to another - or if you have kids, then it changes no matter what age you are!

the little things. the smell of fresh cut grass, a kiss from my husband first thing in the morning, the sound of the wind blowing through the tall pine trees, a pedicure, the idea that you can make a difference, helping someone out of a bind. and many more.

My six month old daughter!

These help too:

Eating ice cream.

Swimming in the sea.

Not having to go to work on a rainy morning.

Having a good laugh over something really silly.

A nice windy day. (Breeze not gas)

The beautiful sunshine we had today.
A wander down the seafront and a cold pint, lovely.

Nature; its beautiful...
But more than anything...
Probably MUSIC! It makes me feel great
and it revolves around my whole life, it always
used to get me by when my parents were fighting,
I'd put on headphones and block it all out. ;]

watching my children grow into fantastic people.

The job I do - again working with kids with special needs and hopefully making a difference to their lives.
