ok so my daughter just spilled blue nail polish all over her hands and all down her pink clothes. We dont keep any chemicals in the house(the polish was a gift from Aunt Beth & I didnt know about it until it spilled) and the spill already dried. What is a non-chemical way to remove this from her & her clothing? btw, lots n lots of scrubbing has done very little so far.
If you could help itd be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Nail polish remover in the large size? Sorry, her clothes I'm afraid are ruined, but polish remover will take it off her hands. Buy the liquid, it's cheaper and goes further. Once you get it all cleaned up, take her shopping to find a nice pink color nail polish. It's like riding a horse and you fall off, she needs to get back on. Help her to know that accidents happen, and it's ok.

Sorry. There is no solution except a "chemical" nail polish remover. Even that probably won't take it out of her clothing without leaving a stain or ruining the material.

If the nail polish is interior the carpeting, then call a carpet cleansing professional. Solvents will dissolve the adhesives discovered interior the backing of the carpet. the pro's use gels consisting of professional remedy Gel and skill Gel, that drift on the carpet and could no longer penetrate down deep. the entire mess is then rinsed and extracted from the carpet fibers. If the polish isn't on the carpet, lacquer thinner will paintings.

I was about to tell you that you would have to use a chemical to remove the polish but then I found this information about a water-based, biodegradable remover:

use vinegar and lemon juice and try using a steam carpet washer or try the things you see on TV like tide to go or something like that
