I would like it to mean water,ocean,sea,rain in another language as long as it sounds good

The most exotic name I found (and pretty too) is Kai - means ocean and its origin is Hawaiian.
Dylan - Born From The Ocean,origin Welsh
Douglas - Dark Water,origin Celtic
Kelvin - A River Of Scotland,also Celtic.

Ocean/Sea - AALi,

Varsha Pronounced as Va-R-Sha (Varsham is ithink rain In Telugu/Malayaalam not sure) It's also a tamil name.
