JAIL DOES A BODY GOOD...in this case lets hope it does her brain good. Stand up and take it like a woman, acccept the blame (instead of your manager, afterall YOU were driving) and then move on. But unfortunately she will be plastered all over the news, "POOR PARIS"... I say BS! Like most others here I say don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

She's there now, the dirty, immoral wh*re. Why should she receive special treatment? She's a sl*t and only flesh...she could have killed people, just like Nicole Richie! Why are these ones out on the street anyway, Nicole, Lindsay, Britney, and up until recently, Paris? They are a danger to society and anytime they are out on the road they are playing roulette with peoples' lives.
They got that wh*re, now they need to catch up with the rest!

No Paris is hot. She's famous. She shouldn't go to jail. No celebrity should go to jail. She should chill at my house, we could get drunk and high together. Then just for kicks, she could drop that bar of soap in my shower...

Absolutely!!! She's a spoiled little brat and she needs to be put in her place and learn that the world does NOT revolve around her too - skinny @ss. I just read that she was ordered back to jail and I'm so glad!! I don't believe there was a "medical condition".

She does deserve to finish her sentence.
However - it's not fair, I think, that she has to serve the entire 45 day sentence - she didn't brake out of jail people. They discharged her and drove her home to do house arrest.
I don't agree with the sheriff's dept doing this but they did and it's not justice to raise her sentence now.
It doesn't matter if we like her or hate her. This is about justice.
There has been NO justice with this entire farce. They're ALL idiots and the judicial system sickens me in this situation.

No. It is not her fault she was let go early. And it is just plain mean to send someone back to jail after letting them out. It is like a cruel joke that no one should have happen to them.
