I dislike the public persona of Paris Hilton as much as the next person..........

But...........

I don't understand why she has to do the full 40 days in jail now. That sentence was reduced to 23 days... she served 3 in jail... then she was released by the Sheriff... she served 2 days at home (she gets credit for 2 days) and now they say that she has to do the rest of her 40 day sentence.

Hey... I think she should have stayed in jail for the full 23 days.... its not her fault that the Sheriff let her out.... and allowed her to do the house arrest thing. What would YOU have done? Stayed?? Hell, no you wouldn't..........

I don't envy her that she has money.... I don't envy her lifestyle.... she is a train wreck, pure and simple. She needs to do her time since she did the crime... and then, hopefully, fade from public view.........

What a media circus! Paris is right where she belongs. If you or I had violated our probation, you can be sure that we would have ended up in jail. She is going to see how the other half lives and is punished. But, I bet she doesn't do the whole 45 days. Something is going to happen and she will get out.

So Martha Stewart spent five weeks in jail, served her time and Paris couldn't even last a couple of days. Wow, I guess we know who's prison tough.....

Absolutely she deserves to go back to jail. She needs a dose of reality...maybe several doses. It's too bad that some who grow up wealthy expect special treatment.

She needs to grow a backbone, because obviously her parents didn't raise her to be a vertebrate.

Fortitude, Paris. Display some.

Use this time to improve yourself. Read, journal, self-reflect.

For heaven's sake woman, GROW UP.

26 years old is too old to be screaming for Mommy.
Imagine if you were in Iraq, like many your age. Do you think they're screaming for Mom? I certainly wouldn't blame them if they did, because they are facing life/death moments. All you are facing is 40 days in one location. "Big Whoop."

If you can pose for the camera, you can compose yourself in jail.

Great, send that spoiled rich c#nt back to the slammer!

Teach her a lesson that she needs to take responsibility and cannot buy her way of out trouble. Put her in the "hole"!

yes, I agree...I hope she learns to not be so irresponsible

and the fact that she yelled out for her mom shows she is not grown up

i would like her to go to college or start some fashion line and use her fame to help people, like Princess Diana

and clean up her drinking, and getting a driver to drive when she is drinking, and her potty, racial slur mouth
