We do not have enough information. The 15 ml solution at the conditions specified will contain 75 mg of the solute. What we do not know is how much you dissolved initially.

If you dissolved 150 mg solute initially, you would retain 75 mg in the solution and filter off 75 mg so you would recover 75 of 150 mg or 50%.

If you dissolved 300 mg solute initially, you would retain 75 mg and recover 225 mg or 225x100/300 = 75%
