you should buy about 40 ultra balls, then find a way to get him in the red health (if you kill him, turn off the on and he will come back) then just fire your ultra balls at him. However, beware of your pkmn health, he will probably kill your team if you don't watch out.

buy at least 30 timer balls because your chances of catching with that increases every turn during the battle and it's gonna be a long battle regardless (unless you have level 100 pokemon). I caught all the legendaries with a timerball. also make sure you have his hp in red and give it a status condition, paralyze or sleep work best.

well it only took me about 5 mints and 15 ultraballs to get but bring about 20 just to be sure oh and sve befor u fight him

ise many ultra balls and give regigigas a status sondition with poison or parylisis.
