Put lots of peanuts all around your property BUT before you do that cover them with a good coat of cayenne pepper. If all the goodies they find are too hot to eat they'll go elsewhere.

get a nut, get the squirrel's attention with it, and chuck it as far as possible, either that or trap it in a box and release it somewhere else
