I am so sick of seeing several questions on here:
What do I name my cat? There is puss coming out of my pet what do I Do? When can I breed my dog? My dog is sick what do I do? Hekp me name my puppy? Is my cat cute?
I use to see alot of great questions asked here and latly it seems they are either poeple looking for attention or just asking stupid question to have something to ask!!

The piont is this you would have to be pretty stupid not to know to take your pet to the vet when they are sick or have puss coming out of them!! A 5 year old could figure that out!

And as for people asking if thier animals are cute. If you think your animal is cute then it is!! You do not need to ask people

The worst is not that someone asked the question the first time, but i see the same question over and over again. The other day I was going to ask the difference between a mac and a PC but the question had already been asked so i just read their answers. I have answered so many questions about cat with puss in their eyes. I actually had this problem with my cat so I know the answer but I got the answer by calling the vet. I have answered so many questions with "Just call the vet and ask someone there. they will know the correct answer and it will only cost you a phone call". The other questions in regards to names just skip over as i would like to help people with a problem not name ideas. It is so rare to see a unique question.

This kind of post pops up every now and again.
I've been answering questions in this section for 3 months now, and as far as I can see, the questions people ask remain consistently stupid. My current least favourite is 'what's wrong with my dog/cat?' Answer: we don't KNOW, that's why there are vets!!!! Yes I know sometimes people just want an idea before they can get to a vet, but they should know that mostly they're just going to get a bunch of misguided rubbish as an answer so they're better off just waiting for a vet.
Rant over, for now.

My opinion is that people should be able to ask what ever they like just as long as it isn't an inappropriate topic. I have seen far worse questions on this site than just someone asking for advice. I also think it is all right for people who ask for name suggestions, and whether or not their pet is cute or not. It is their points that they are using in order to ask questions like that. It isn't like they are using every ones points. It is nice to know that other people think your animals are cute. If you really have a problem with these questions, you should look at some of the other questions with disgusting topics.

Remember that some people here are 11 year old kids, and they are clueless about proper animal care because Mom or Dad has always taken care of that detail. I agree it is frustrating, but consider the source.

Sorry to be mean and all, but some people just don't anything about animals. I'm not saying that you don't, because i'm sure you do, but if you don't like it then don't read or answer the questions.
