I can't tell, but it look like she went home for those reasons:

Hilton's spokesmen Elliot Mintz's stated the heiress was "suffering from acute home sickness, painful detoxification and can't sleep away from her toy poodle Kinkajou.

How lame... Poor little baby... She is not a human being but a freak!

I think the sheriff is guilty of violating a court order. A skin rash is not a plausible reason to be released. If it was, I bet Scooter already has hives in preparation for his jail term. I think it is ridiculous that she got such a slap on the wrist sentence to start with and then acted like the spoiled little girl she is about it. In the state I live in she would have gotten 18 months for the same charges, and the prisons in my states have infirmaries to treat skin rashes. The local jails will carry you to the ER or an Urgent Care if the need arises, they do not send you home.

You know the sad part of this is all this Paris Hilton stuff occupying so much of our attention and the news.

A little celebutante, who is famous for being nothing more than a stupid hot rich party girl gets so much coverage. Simply amazing!

I have never heard of it - But when police get to play the role of judge jury and so forth you should worry


The place of the police is to do as they are told when they are told to do it - By a judge -

The police aren't there to make decisions but to say yes sir no sir to the tax payer
