I would like to have a Plumeria(I'm in Toronto). Any place to find it in GTA?

Plumeria (common name Frangipani; syn. Himatanthus Willd. ex Roem. & Schult.) is a small genus of 7-8 species native to tropical and subtropical America.

Check the web. I live in Arkansas (not a native environment) and buy them online. I get many through E-bay and some through Plumeria sites.
