Incredible! I am so shocked that this happened. I just have a feeling she'll find a way to weasel out of it somehow. We'll see I guess.

I have to say I feel a bit bittersweet about this. I'm NOT a Paris fan at all and I know she should have served the sentence the first time round and feel she should be treated like everyone else...but watching the media circus outside her house, and seeing her cry in the police car and seeing them literally stalk her all the way to the courthouse...I have to say I feel sorry for her in the sense that all this pain (and let's face it if any of us were going to jail regardless of what we did we would feel it too) in front of the public like that. I have to say I really hope she's learned something out of this. I'm glad she is going to jail. But I hope she learns a lesson and stops living her life in the manner she has become accustomed too.

I believe you. i for my section think of that if Paris Hilton did no longer decide to pass to detention center then she could have concept approximately that earlier using with a suspended license or regardless of she did incorrect. i think of celebrities could be taken care of purely like absolutely everyone else. i understand some human beings would think of that celebrities are thoroughly diverse from usual human beings and in keeping with probability they're in some materialistic techniques alongside with mansions and money and all forms of that stuff-yet celebrities have been as quickly as purely conventional human beings (and nevertheless are) like absolutely everyone else. i do no longer think of Paris Hilton is going to die in detention center-i think of she would be able to be nice. I additionally think of that this could tutor Paris a lesson-with any luck anyhow. all the superb!

I'm glad it was done. She deserved it. This shows that no matter how rich you are you still have to do the time for the crime committed. But she shouldn't worry much; Nicole Richie is right behind her and who knows could be cellmates.

I hope the sheriff gets jail time too for contempt of court for disobeying the judge's orders of no electronic monitoring.

Evidently the judge didn't buy her excuse that she caught a rash while filming a 3-on-1 jailhouse sex video with Big Bertha The Guard, Tawneesha, and Maria-Isabella.

Hope they keep her this time. She's a common criminal and should be treated as such. I hope Mothers Against Drunk Drivers gets involved to make sure she gets what's coming to her.
edit: nandina, the reason was $$$! But public outrage made them rethink.

someone needs to be held accountable for this just because money is in her family she does not have to do the time. someone else would have to do that did not have the money she needs some time alone with herself to put her life in a proper prospective it will do her morer good then harm i think

Now to address the question of why Baca let her out in the first place.

YYYYYYYYIIIIIPPPEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

But I'm still a little upset.

Any "normal" person would have had to serve out the rest of their original 3 year sentence.
