There's no need to freak out. Women have a vaginal discharge quite frequently, that's just all in being a woman and sometimes it also could mean a little yeast infection which an over the counter cream would take care of, if you have itching then more than likely it is yeast. Make sure you do not take bubble baths as that can cause yeast infections and urinary tract infections. You don't say how old you are but sometimes hormones change in your body and you say you've been exercising more so this could be the cause of you being late. Since you are still a virgin then being pregnant is not anything you have to worry about. I would be more concerned if you had excessive bleeding. Do you have a female adult you can talk to? Some people never have regular periods, others are like clock work. Don't worry, but just mark on your calendar when you do start every month, then if you should have any further problems you will have documentation. Give yourself another week and when you do skip and your are not being exposed to the possiblity of pregnancy then just be grateful you had a free month. Our bodies can be so complex at times that there's not always a reason why. But do talk to your mom or an adult male or female. If it persists then you may need to see your gynocologist just to get checked out. I am a mother, grandmother and I had times when I was irregular. I feel sure your body will reregulate itself and then you will start having regular periods again.

It could mean a lot of things. Don't get too worried. Stress can make your period late, also if you are very athletic your period can become irregular or disappear all together. Make an appointment with a doctor to check your stress levels and activity levels. Different types of medications can mess with your cycle also. The milky white discharge could be yeast infection or just a normal female discharge. Make an appointment with a gynecologist and get tested for yeast. Yeast infections can be caused by a lot of things too. Antibiotics can cause yeast infections, as well as underwear that are too tight, or undies that are not made of cotton.

Calm down 1st thing, second thing if you a virgin you probably don't have anything to worry about. I have experence when you start exercising more than normal (even a little) this can make you miss your period. The white discharge is probably you ovulating, I'll bet you start your period in a couple of weeks. If you are still worried go see a doctor. Don't freak out ;)

Your period is irregular for the first two years. Im a virgin and when i first got my period i skipped like two months almost im pretty sure you're fine. As far as that discharge goes you may want to go to the doctor and have them check that out you could have a yeast infection or something.. GOOD LUCK AND BEST WISHES

It is okay-this happens more frequently than some think. Go to a clinic and get checked out-I just went and it only cost us $75 for everything, but I needed some special things done. The visit actually costs 23 dollars. They can prescribe something to help get you back on track. It could just be a hormone imbalance also. Go get it checked out, it could just be anything small.
Side note: I am very proud that you are a virgin. Keep that way until you get married-your husband will be so happy that you waited to give him that precious gift on your wedding night!! You are awsome for waiting this long-keep it up!!! God is proud of you too for keeping yourself pure, until your wedding day!

Exercise and/or a change of routine can definitely throw off your cycles, especially when young. The milky-white discharge was most likely you ovulating, so you'll probably start by the end of the month. Don't freak!

It's ok. Thats happened to me to... I've missed my period by like a month. The milky white fluid is called vaginal fluid. And I got that before i got my period. But because you are a vigin your body has to get rid of the unfertalized eggs. So theres no needm to freak out or anything its alright! so good luck.

It could be a number of things hun. Stress can cause you to not start your period, have you been stressed over anything? I would talk to your doctor and have them check you out. I could be just stress but if you are really worried about it, see your doctor. One thing that comes to mind, but I don't want to scare you, would be polycystic ovaries. It's a little soon too be worried about that, but if you go more than 6 weeks without your period I would start to think about that as a possibility. Again I would definitely talk to your doctor about it before jumping to conclusions. Hope things work out for you hun. But I think it's just stress. Take care of yourself and try to relax more.
