actually yes and i would be considered a liberal by most. I'm pro abortion, middle class, typical person who hates religion in government and still i find a way to like o'reilly. here's the deal i disagree with him often but it doesnt stop him from having good ideas i like as well. I love the stand he has taken against judges who are too leniant with child molesters and violent sex offenders. he has written a few good books. while it's gonna be tough for most democrats or liberals to like him i elude to a statement a i have come to love, while i don't want government in my social issues and bedroom i dont mind having a republican managing my money. take a listen, have you actually watched him or are you just hearing chosen outakes from another media outlet, like the view. so the answer is yes, and my favorite episode of the factor ever was when the now deceased but wonderful man, reggie white, formerly of the green bay packers, who was also a reverend was debating a social issue with bill and the 2 totally disagreed and yet i felt reggie white came away liking the guy and i really did too even in disagreement.

Fair and Balanced and Bill O'reilly I can't even say that in the same sentence without fits of laughter!
The reason people like him , simple they forgot their medication. Bad things happen when people forget their meds.

I would say I do. I would also say most the people who don't like him generally don't have much more of a reason other than they disagree with his strong, somewhat extreme views - and many of these same people do like liberals who are just as extreme as O'Reilly. I don't particularly agree with him on all points - I'm pretty moderate - but it is beneficial to have such extreme right-wing folks when there are so many extreme left-wing folks in the public eye that are just as one-sided, bigoted, and selfish. This balance allows people to get information from all kinds of backgrounds - unfortunately, most choose only to listen to one side or the other, failing to realize that any person of extreme beliefs, be it liberal or conservative, is going to spread false information or only the pieces of information that support their ideas. Public folks that have bias agendas are going to support that agenda - not truth - and O'Reilly is just the conservative counterpart of the liberal extremists who are just as one-tracked as he is.

I love him. The things he says are so outrageously ridiculous, and his almighty attitude is so unwarranted, that it just cracks me up. He's always good for a laugh, though always bad for honest, useful information.
