it has 2 be a good anime i can find on youtube or myspace or sumthing, DUBBED! and most of all NO LESS THAN 35 EPISODES! you can suggest from any genre
DO NOT suggest the followng, Gundam Wing, Transformers, Inuyasha, Bleach, Slayers, Drragonball Z, Fullmetal Alchemist, Teknoman, Rourouni Kenshin, Shaman King or Naruto, seen them already, and dont suggest kiddy crap like yugioh! and sure as hell no sailor moon!

You are asking the impossible here. Long running anime and dub and not in your list? there are none. Everything in your list is licensed shows.
You could try Flame of Recca 42 episodes.

Try Super Gals on youtube.
They just got dubbed versions of it. There's only 26 dubbed episodes in all (Currently in 8), but the entire series contains 52 episodes, and the other 26 are subbed, and I know you hate that, so it could be dubbed pretty soon. It's not a kiddy thing, but if you watch the first 4, I think you'll know what it's about.

The only thing left would be one piece (currently at 312 and still going). Detective Conan has over 400 episodes and is a complete series. Yu yu hakusho (112 episodes) was good as the person above said. I'd also recommend hunterXhunter.

It was rated number 2 anime of all time not to long ago on http://animenfo.com I think it's at number 4 now.

Dubbed only?! i doubt you'll find dubbed anime on youtube >_<.
You should watch death note..it's dubbed but an AMAZING ANIME ep 34 was just released.
Full metal.....PANIC! is also a good anime.
