k, As a former supervisor this is the reality of it. What the employee did is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. However, you responding back was not necessary. Automatically your position was to request to speak to his immediate supervisor or person in charge and make the initial complaint. Having had taken immediate action would off given you leverage to your claims (other employees would of witnessed ). However, you having filed a claim on-line is really what we call "In the back shelf", but there is good news. Be persistent. I'm sure that a business like Dunken , will not tolerate this kind of behaviour taking place in one of their branches. It's bad for business. Also, you might want to add on one of your notes to Dunken Consumer public Relations dept, if the HR dept did a reference check on this one employee plus a criminal back ground check. This questions are vital and must be addressed when hiring an employee. Address to the dept that you felt intimidated, (when you grabbed the coffee thinking he would throw it at you)... and last but not least, keep copies of all documents, emails that you submit....Good luck and God bless!

When I used to work there, (7 years ago), I used to get $7.15 an hour plus tips. I worked there for about 2 years to get that. In the beginning I got $6.15 plus tips. Hope I helped : ). Oh, plus donuts, coolattas, bagels, etc, hahaha
